contact with jagdamba packers & movers will be with relocation consultant
. on every aspect of a well planned move is the primary
responsibility of this consultant.
The relocation consultant will come to your home to explain to you and your family the service our company offer. He will perform a survey of everything in your home that will be moved . (And advice packing for every item according items need) Based on this survey he will provide you an estimate of costs and various pricing options you may choose from. Once you have selected you will be asked to sign an order for service and you will be registered with Jagdamba. Inventory/Paperwork Our supervisor will prepare a detailed inventory & condition report of items to be moved . In addition to tagging every individual carton & price of furtiniture with numbered and colour labels, he will record each item and a description of any existing damage on the inventory form . You should accompany the supervisor as they prepare the inventory pointing out any special concerns or handling considerations along the way. You
will be asked to sign the inventory as your acknowledgement that
the prices indicated were loaded and as verification of thier conditions
prior to the move then the supervisor will sign the form as well
and present you with a copy. Keep the inventory with you for use
at your new home. The supervisor will also ask you to sign this. This is
the contract by which you authorises jagdamba to transport your
possessions and agree to pay for those services. The bill or loading
serve to confirm the service performed pickup and delivery schedules
and if you ordered packing. A team of specially trained packers
will be sent to your home either on the morning of your scheduled
loading day or the day before depending how much packing needs to
be done. If
you cannot be present at the time of loading you need to arrange
for a responsible person to act as your agent (Representative) in
signing both bill of loading and the inventory list. |
